She is a Ph.D. graduate from Fırat University in the field of educational management. She is a lecturer at Fırat University at the Department of International Relations. In her past experience, she worked in the R & D Unit Projects Team of the Elazig Provincial Directorate of National Education for 7 years and coordinated 3 Erasmus+ accreditation projects in total, including school education, vocational education and adult education. She is the coordinator of the local project "Own the Technology, Become the Master of the Future" and the Development Agency project "To a Better Future with Educational Technologies". She is responsible for European Union Projects of Fırat University, thematic monitoring expert in EU Grant Funds projects. She is also a member of the evaluation commission of the Ministry of Education Innovation in Education and Training awards.

Iwona Florek, PhD. has 13 years of work experience at WSGE. She is the Vice-Rector for Science, Educational Evaluation and International Cooperation. She is appointed to act as the Representative for the management system for educational organizations (SZOE) in accordance with the ISO 21001:2018 standard. In 2017, she coordinated an international research project financed by the Visegrad Fund "Diversity management in V4 countries as an answer for demographic changes". In 2022, she was the contractor of research in international research teams "Education (not only) of uniformed services in the era of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic causing the COVID-19 disease. Studies on ensuring the continuity of education and safety for entities of the university or school environment.
